GENERAL INFORMATION TERMS Established and accredited customers invoice payment due NET 10 days from date of invoice. New customers (not accredited) we require a 25% down payment, the balance plus shipping will be C.O.D. Until credit is established. Please allow 3-4 weeks for credit approval. MASTERCARD, VISA, and DISCOVER/NOVUS Overdue accounts are subject to a service charge and finance charge of 1.5% per month. A $50.00 art preparation charge will be invoiced if art is provided by us and no order is placed. Prices are subject to change without notice. SHIPPING F.O.B. our factory, via United Parcel Service (U.P.S.), if air shipment is requested or required to meet a delivery date it will be billed accordingly. PACKAGING All medallions and pins are individually poly bagged. DELIVERY 6 to 8 weeks after approval of artwork. 2 to 4 weeks for event tags. RUSH ORDERS may be subject to a surcharge and air shipment. DAMAGES All claims for damaged goods must be made against the carrier within 10 days. We do not insure for on time delivery or safe carriage of goods (over $100.00 unless requested) by carrier. Recourse rests exclusively with the transportation company. COPYRIGHTS All orders accepted by the Hermann Werks, Inc are based on the understanding that the customer has the legal right to use the material. Furthermore any action or claim of an alleged copyright infringement will be the sole responsibility of the customer. OTHER ITEMS AVAILABLE The Hermann Werks, Inc. is a "FULL SERVICE" advertising and promotional products distributor for many different custom imprinted items including: pens, pencils, hats, shirts, aprons,coffee & beer mugs, bumper stickers, etc. We can supply over 5,000 different stock hat pins at wholesale prices. (Send $5.00 for catalog) We supply military organizations and museums with stock pin and patches. Ask for catalog. |
